30-Day Returns Policy
In line with UK law, we offer a 30 Day Returns window following the date of delivery.
Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund and the buyer will not be eligible for a refund. In line with our policy, we can only refund the cost of the item and cannot refund any costs associated with sending the item to you, or any of the costs for sending the return back to us.
All items will be inspected upon return. They must still have their SKU tag, completely unworn, and must be returned within the time frame provided.
Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect the item and a refund will be paid back to the original payment system. Please allow 2-5 working days to process as standard with our payment processor.
Please send all returns via tracked mail (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48) as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. In case of a lost parcel upon return, you as the customer will be expected to claim the refund back from the courier for a lost parcel.
If you have an item to return, please get in touch by sending an email to sales@blazevintage.com with some photos of the item, the SKU, and a brief description of your reason to return. We will respond swiftly to help you to return your item.
